Volunteers needed for 2017 Links & Legends Golf Tournament

We are in need of 12-15 more volunteers for our 16th annual Links & Legends Golf Tournament.  Morning shifts are available from 6:30am-12:30pm, or afternoon shifts from 1:30pm – 6:30pm.  Or feel free to help with both shifts!
AM Positions Available
Registration Set Up and Monitoring – 3 Volunteers needed – Helping to get golfers registered and checked, and selling mulligan/course game bracelets.
Greeters – 1 Volunteer needed – Greeting golfers and Legends and helping them with directions.
Inside Greeters – 2 Volunteers needed – Welcome golfers to breakfast, and help with registration of auction tablets.
Hole in One Spotter (6:30am – 3pm)– 3 Volunteers needed– 2 for Morgex Insurance Hole, 1 for Investors Group Hole
PM Positions Available
Dinner Greeters – 2 Volunteers needed – Provide assistance to golfers as they enter the Valley Hall
Silent Auction Monitors/Runners – 3 Volunteers needed – Assist golfers with bidding on silent auction items and run the items to tables after payment has been completed
Tee Gift and Prize Giveaway – 3-4 Volunteers – Present tee gifts to golfers sitting at their tables and help with prize distribution
