Taelor holds a Bachelor of Education and is licensed to teach in both Alberta and Saskatchewan. With experience supporting students both inside and outside the classroom, she is passionate about helping young people discover their interests and feel supported as they take their next steps toward meaningful career pathways.

Growing up, Taelor attended a comprehensive high school with a strong focus on trades programming. During this time, she competed in the Skills Alberta Hairstyling competition, an experience that introduced her to the world of skilled trades and sparked her excitement for helping students explore similar hands‑on opportunities. Today, she continues to advocate for pathways that empower students to learn, grow, and pursue futures they feel confident in.9
